Signage Player

Install this on the screen, then pair it with the code it shows.

• Download for Windows

  For one PC. It installs everything the player needs.

  1. Open the file on the PC that is connected to the screen.
  2. The player opens full screen and shows a 6-digit code.
  3. In your console, add a screen and type the code.
• Windows installer package (.msi)

  For many PCs. Push it with Intune, Group Policy or an RMM tool, or run msiexec /i signage-player-windows.msi /qn. The PCs must have the Microsoft WebView2 Runtime (Windows 11 has it).

• Download for Android

  For Android TV boxes, HDMI sticks and tablets.

  1. On the device, open usesignage.com/apk in the browser, or copy the file with a USB drive.
  2. Open the file. If Android asks, allow installs from that app. Select Install, then Open.
  3. The screen shows a 6-digit code. In your console, add a screen and type the code.
• Amazon Fire TV / Signage Stick

  For Amazon Fire TV and the Amazon Signage Stick. It can be managed remotely.

  1. On the Fire TV, get the free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore.
  2. In Downloader, type usesignage.com/fire and select Go.
  3. If asked, turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader. Select Install, then Open.
  4. The screen shows a 6-digit code. In your console, add a screen and type the code.
